When solvent processes are taking place in a glovebox we recommend isolating the purifier from the glovebox either by isolation valves or simply turning the circulation off depending on which VAC purifier technology is being used. Once the purifiers are isolated, we recommend using a solvent trap to remove the solvent vapor.

We offer internal traps which are placed inside the glovebox or external traps which are plumbed in between the glovebox and the purifier. Our external traps can be configured so the filter material can be replaced or regenerated.
