Subject: Cartridge Exchange Program

Dear Valued Customer,

We hope this message finds you well and wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation for your continued trust and support as a valued customer of Vacuum Atmospheres.  We are truly grateful for your brand loyalty and the opportunity to serve you over the years.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the quality and reliability of the products and services we offer, we have decided to make some important changes to our cartridge exchange program.  After careful consideration, we have to decided to discontinue the cartridge exchange service and will be offering only new cartridges for all future orders.  This change will take effect on 3/31/25, and all prior credits/rebates prior to this transition will continue to be honored.

We understand that this may be an adjustment for some of our customers, and we want to assure you that this decision has been made with your best interests in mind. By offering new cartridges exclusively, we can ensure consistent quality, better performance, and enhanced value in every product we provide.

What does this mean for you? Going forward, you will receive brand-new cartridges with every order, and we will no longer accept used cartridges for exchange. We are confident that this shift will enhance your experience and help maintain the high standards you’ve come to expect from us.
